Adopt a Puppy

Adopt a Puppy Scheme has a facelift

We are pleased to be able to let you know that we have changed our Adopt a Puppy scheme so that we can offer our supporters a greater insight into the difference that their donations can make to the life of a disabled person.

You can now choose to Adopt a Puppy and not only will you receive regular updates throughout the puppy’s training, but we will also keep you updated once the puppy has been partnered with one of our disabled applicants.

Our new scheme will allow us to send you news about the partnership that your kind support has helped to create so you will be able to follow the puppy throughout its career as an assistance dog.

To Adopt a Puppydownload the form here and return to us, for more information call Pauline on 01730 716026 or email adoptapuppy@caninepartners.org.uk

Puppy Alfred, a black labrador cross golden retriever or Amelia, a cream poodle cross (both pictured) could be yours to follow, just add the puppy's name on your form; if you have a preference!

"You receive a Puppy Pack with a photo of me, a personal certificate, a cuddly jacketed toy dog and updates on my adventures!"

A perfect gift for birthdays, Christmas and anniversaries, you can Adopt a Puppy as a present for someone else and we will send all the above direct to them with a personalised message from you.

You have the opportunity to purchase additional soft jacketed toy dogs at £5 each.

Please allow 14 days for delivery.
