Bluebell Walks

Thank you for joining our annual Bluebell Walks campaign

You can still organize a local walk throughout the year in aid of Canine Partners, just contact us with your ideas!

You helped us make the 2011 Bluebell Walks campaign the biggest and best yet.  Since starting these Bluebell Walks you have raised nearly £100,000 in support of our work.  Our aim is to raise funds and encourage families, friends and colleagues to take part in something fun, healthy and worthwhile.  You are more than welcome to bring your dog!

Every penny raised from the registrations fees and sponsorship will help us to train more dogs and meet the demand of people on our waiting list.

So how can you help?

1.  You can organise a walk yourself or with a few friends.
We have an organisers pack available which gives you all the details to help you get started.  We can help promote your walk locally through press and the website and help with posters, leaflets and merchandise packs.  If you are interested in organising a walk contact us on the numbers below.

2.  You can join one of our walks.
We need support for all the walks we put on so get together family and friends and enjoy fun time out. You can download a registration form below.

Bluebell walks are sponsored walks organised by a whole army of volunteers  and supporters like you!

How many people can I have?
There is no limit, you can have anything from 5 to 500 people - it's up to you!

How long does the walk have to be?
Again, there is no limit, you choose from 1 to 10 miles, or longer if you wish.

When should I hold the walk?
Ideally between April and June as this is when the Bluebells are expected to be in bloom - this gives you thirteen weekends to choose from, including the May Bank Holiday.

What if I don't have Bluebells near me?
If you want to take part but don't have bluebells growing near you, don't worry, you can still hold a walk in your local woods or park and we will provide bluebell stickers that you can wear instead.

What do I do next?
You can either download the registration form below or apply for the organisers pack by telephoning us on 01730 716013 or contact our Community Fundraising Team by email.
